Berlin’s very own Animals In Disguise are set to release their debut EP “Raining Gold” and take you on a colorful, blurry trip around Berlin in their new music video, “Stars”.
Since the band was founded in 2015, they have independently released several tracks with their video for “Wise Child” winning the “Best Newcomer Video” award at Berlin’s Music Video Awards .
The quartet’s music combines pop melodies with filthy synth sounds and they regularly blow crowds away with their rousing live performances.
The first single from their upcoming EP, “Stars” is the talk of the town and already getting frequent radio play. According to the band’s magnetic frontmant, Yardakul: ”The song is about an ecstatic feeling, perhaps being at one with the world and it is about dissolving the individual in a larger context – a relationship, for example. But even such a hopeful process at some point add doubts and setbacks that bring one of elation back to earth. Musically, the track is in the tradition of Talking Heads, MGMT and Justice”
